Critical Impact Workers focusing on addressing urgent labor shortages in the region by nominating foreign workers for permanent residency. This stream is designed for positions that are crucial to the NWT’s labor market, often in lower-skilled occupations.
You must have a full-time, permanent job offer from an NWT employer in an occupation classified under National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill levels C or D or TEER 4&5. These positions typically include roles in industries like hospitality, retail, and trades.
